SYNOPSIS :

In the commercial port of La Rochelle stands a small building marked

‘Seamen’s Club’. Inside, volunteers welcome visiting sailors. Between games of pool, guitar tunes and tales from the far corners of the world, echoes of difficult situations, hardships and anxieties accumulated during long months at sea emerge.

PARISOT URIEL

With a BTS (Higher Technical Certificate) in Audiovisual Professions, specialising in Image, and a General Scientific Baccalaureate, Uriel Parisot has been working for several years in the audiovisual production sector as a director of photography and cameraman. He works in television as well as events and institutional production.

CEUX QUI VONT SUR LA MER (Those Who Go to Sea) is his first feature-length documentary.
